Will they look realistic in real life?

Yes. Every arrangement is hand-styled using high-quality stems chosen for their natural colour, texture, and movement.

What you see in our photos is exactly what you’ll receive — no stock imagery.

 

How long do they last?

Our faux florals are made to last for years, not days. With minimal care, they’ll stay looking beautiful season after season.

What’s included with my order?

Each product page clearly states exactly what’s included (arrangement only or arrangement with vase).

If a vase is shown for styling purposes only, this will be clearly noted in the description.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.

During busy periods, any delays will be clearly communicated on the product page or announcement bar.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are shown at checkout and vary depending on the service selected.

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes — next-day delivery is available on selected items and will be visible at checkout where applicable.

Please note bespoke or customised orders may require additional time.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We package all orders with care, but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Custom or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
